An SME accumulated a presence in several different businesses over the years. With continuing growth it became increasingly difficult to maintain the overview. The financial and contractual management was very time consuming and inefficient.

In the analysis phase we defined the core processes for financial and contractual management and defined the key roles for the future organization.

Then, together with our IT partner, we have chosen a suitable, cost-effective cloud solution, defined the data structure, designed the management reports and implemented the overall solution including migration of the data.

We have assisted a major utility in the restructuring of its procurement function.

The total spend was approx. 300 CHFm per year. The process also included the definition of the new organization and selection of key personnel.

The main objectives were: a) identify and realize savings and quick wins; b) define the new organization; c) initiate cultural change from purely quality driven to TCO based decision making.

As a result a total saving of 20 CHFm was realized.
